American Chemical Society
Younger Chemists Committee (YCC) - Twin Cities Section

A group for people interested in chemistry ages 21-35.  Monthly meetings will focus on networking, employment and graduate school information, discussion of chemistry topics, American Chemical Society events and membership, and social activities.

Wednesday, May 4th: 5:30pm - Get Prepared for Employment After Graduation

University of Minnesota - Chemistry Building - Smith Hall Room 231 

Come meet others interested in chemistry.  Learn more about the American Chemical Society.

Come listen to speakers from Ecolab and On Assignment (a scientific staffing company), describe preparation for employment after graduation.

Hear great advice from people in industry on interviewing, resume design, and day-to-day activities. Bring your resume! 
This event will apply to undergraduate and graduate students.


Free snacks and refreshments will be provided.

Membership is open to all.  Chemistry undergraduate and graduate students from all universities are especially encouraged to attend.
