Our April event will be a tour of Xcel Energy's Black Dog power plant, scheduled for 2:00 PM on Thursday April 30th. Black Dog is a combined coal & natural gas generating facility capable of producing over 500 MW of electricity for the Twin Cities metro area.
An Executive Committee meeting will be scheduled separately.

Xcel's Black Dog plant is located in Burnsville, MN. We'll be touring from 2:00 to approximately 3:30 or 4:00 PM.
While the tour is free, we need to limit our attendance to the first 40 people to sign up. Please use the PayPal button to confirm that you'll be able to attend. (If there's a financial hardship, ask Dave or Wade to give you a buck...)
